About Litvue

Built for the attorneys who have to sign off on the work.

Effective AI agents require knowledge work to look like code—structured, text-native, and reviewable. Litvue builds that infrastructure for plaintiff litigation.

Why we built Litvue

The promise of AI in legal work has always been leverage—do more with the same team, move faster, miss less. But the reality has been different.

Most legal AI produces output that looks like finished work. Drafts that seem complete. Research that appears thorough. The problem is that this output comes as prose—plausible, unstructured, and impossible to efficiently verify.

We saw attorneys spending as much time checking AI output as they would have spent doing the work themselves. That's not leverage. That's a different kind of overhead.

Litvue takes a different approach. Instead of generating prose and hoping attorneys catch the errors, we produce structured output—with sources cited, confidence signals explicit, and reasoning visible at every step. Attorneys review a queue of AI decisions, not a wall of text.

The result is leverage that actually compounds. AI agents that prepare cases, show their reasoning, and surface their work for attorney sign-off. Infrastructure that improves every case and preserves attorney judgment where it belongs.

Philosophy

How we think about AI in legal work

Structure over prose

Unstructured AI output creates verification burden. Structured output with explicit sources and confidence levels lets attorneys make decisions efficiently. We optimize for reviewability at every step.

Your case, not the internet

Litvue agents work your documents—your discovery, your exhibits, your evidence. No generic training data means no hallucinated citations. Every output traces back to your case file.

Judgment stays with the attorney

AI surfaces evidence and flags issues. Legal judgment stays with the attorney, where it belongs. Every AI decision flows through approval workflows with explicit sign-off.

Compounding infrastructure

Documents extracted once are searchable forever. Patterns learned on one matter inform the next. The infrastructure improves every case. Your knowledge compounds across your practice.

Team

Built by people who understand the work

Former litigators. Former BigLaw. Former tech. Building the tools we wish we had when we were the ones staying late to review documents.

We're hiring

We're looking for engineers and designers who want to build infrastructure that matters. If you're interested in the intersection of AI, legal tech, and systems that require human judgment, we'd like to hear from you.
